The core of Plantation is a husband and wife team of Creative Directors. Alex Sutherland (Ngāi Tahu, born and bred in Tāmaki Makaurau) is a highly experienced film and commercials director. He was a co-founder and manager of Thick as Thieves production company for 11 years, where he identified and fostered emerging directing talent. Georgia Sigglekow (born in Whakatū, with German, Scottish, and English whakapapa) is a highly accomplished strategic designer, well versed in expressing brands from the ground up, across multiple touchpoints. Georgia is a natural collaborator and is passionate about design craft built on solid strategic foundations.
